Craftsmen Renovations and Constuction is a full service remodeling company looking for experienced carpenters and individuals with a drive to learn the trade (apprentice). Transportation and tools are required.
We expect employees to be on time daily, work efficiently, and be able to take direction on a daily basis. We work 40 hours a week. 8am to 430pm guaranteed.
Pay is based on experience and working interview. Our policy includes a 30 day review and 90 day review after your start date. This could result in a raise as you prove yourself.
Apprenticeship has the same policy applying to your 30 day and 90 day reviews after start date. As an apprentice we understand you may not have all the tools required to do the job but you must have a tool belt and basic hand tools by your first day. (Hammer, sqaure, measuring tape, etc). You will be required to invest in yourself as you progress with us.
