Maintenance Technician
A reliable vehicle, driver’s license and clean driving record is required
An absolutely clean criminal back ground is required.
experience in trades or as Maintenance Assistant, or Technician.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess knowledge and experience to install and repair basic plumbing fixtures, electric outlets, appliances, and heating systems.
Must be able to complete minor roofing and siding repairs as well as climb ladders to clear gutters and downspouts.
Must be able to tile and grout floors and walls (or willing and able to learn).
Must be able to work a 40 + hour work week.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must be physically able to shovel snow, move appliances, and climb ladders to change light bulbs, clear downspouts, and gutters.
Must be self motivated and able to work equally well both supervised and on your own.
Must possess a positive attitude and good people skills.
Ideally carpentry skills including finish cabinet repair/installation, door installation, countertop cut and installation, and framing skills needed but only basic carpentry skills are required.
Must be able to communicate with tenants in a professional, courteous manner.
Must have own tools.
