Host and busser
Looking for host and busser, part time/ full time, must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Must be reliable, have positive attitude and professional.
Duties and responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking take out orders and answer the phone
- Cleaning menus and host area
- Clearing, cleaning and reset tables
- Assisting fellow servers, includes getting ice, stock glasses, polish silverware, stock ramekins, etc
-Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, bar, bathroom
- Sweep and mop the floor at the end of shift, taking trash out
- Understand and adhere to environmental standards and regulation set by health department and management
- Follow direction manager on duty
