We are currently highering for a busy collections call center located in Newark, DE! This is a full-time, temporary to hire position starting immediately. Successful candidates will have 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment. Experience in collections/call center enviornment A PLUS!
PAID 2 week training provided - this role is temporary to hire
Hours :
3 days a week 8am-5pm
2 days a week 12pm-9pm (this is a MUST)
1-2 Saturdays a month from 8am-12pm
- High volume of outbound collections calls collecting money for clients in the financial industry
- Customer Service/Issue resolution
- Working off a proprietary system to input client information
- 1+ years of experience in retail customer service (if entry level, this position will pay $11/hr)
- 1+ years of collections/call center experience A PLUS (may compensate higher)
