Job Details (SEEKING TO START INDIVIDUALS 4/27)
Title: Collections Associate
Shift: Monday to Friday (3 days morning shift and 2 days 12-8pm) as well as a 12pm-4pm shift every other Saturday (all hours over 40 each week will be logged as time and a half rate).
Rate: Starting at 12.00/hr plus a monthly performance bonus (based on self and office performance)
Duration: Contract to Hire 720 hours, long term applicants only as our client seeks to convert all applicable individuals to permanent employees following the contract period.
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for fielding calls and assisting customers with various tasks related to collections and account management.
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screening upon offer
-Must have reliable transportation to and from work (during training period 100% attendance is required)
-Some call center, sales, customer service, or collections experience is preferred but other experience is acceptable (I.E. service industry and some others)
-Must be comfortable working within a fast paced, call center environment
