Leasing Agent

We are seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team! The Leasing Consultant role is a sales position with a strong emphasis on customer service as a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the sales process from start to finish, presenting our apartments and communities in a compelling way by building relationships and creating excitement. You will maintain these relationships by providing customer service and helping current residents resolve problems as they arise. Strong written, verbal and organizational skills are needed. Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
