Adhere to General Work Requirements
Interview business users to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
Write detailed description of user needs and application functions
Participate in applicable phases of project management involving changes to existing and/or new applications
Communicate the status of each phase for assigned projects to IT management, project management office, and affected business unit(s) on a scheduled basis
Assist with beta testing, validation by business unit, and implementation of revised and new applications
Assist with evaluation of proposed changes to existing and/or new applications to identify potential adverse impact upon operations across multiple sites and area(s)
Monitor project activities to ensure project remains on schedule and within approved scope
Coordinate the development of an IT application(s) and supporting business processes according to IT specifications
Coordinate beta testing, validation by business unit, and implementation of revised and new applications
Assist with evaluating whether newly implemented applications and supporting processes are achieving priorities and objectives of assigned business unit(s)
How to thrive in this role?
You have 3-4 years experience in business modeling, requirements management, analysis and design
You possess experience in systems analysis and technical design using both object oriented and modular programming modeling.
You Demonstrated ability to build use cases, story boards, and models that clearly depict process flows relating to specific requirements
You have experience building presentations that depict project requirements, project scope, and mock-ups
You have understanding of the System Development Life Cycle
You have the training skills necessary to educate employees to comprehend business processes or acquire/enhance skills
You possess working knowledge of IT Change Management and Project Management
You possess presentation skills
