Unleash your potential and join BrightPath!What will you be doing?As a Project Coordinator, you will be handling a number of facilities related tasks. Responsibilities include:

Communicating with and on behalf of centers to dispatch, request quote, schedule, and coordinate work to be completed.

Supporting our Capex and Environment, Social, and Governance programs with their varied needs and advance efficiencies within each.

Scheduling meetings and site visits.

Coordinating billing, payments, and other vendor related matters.

Administering data collection, organization, and distribution across the company.

All other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Proficient computer skills including working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite of products

High levels of organization and time management skills

Strong communication skills via phone and email

Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite, Sharepoint and/or vendor dashboards an asset

Experience with construction/building maintenance systems an asset
