REFERENCE DS0012942343A very well-established and growing Construction company is hiring for a hands on Controller due to a pending retirement. This is a hands-on role and is a part of the growing process of a small but financially strong company. The company has already beat 2024 YTD expectationsCore responsibilities include daily and monthly accounting, job costing, financial reporting for bonding, WIP analysis, AR, AP, Payroll (including certified), wire transfers, insurance certificates, ROI calculations, and budget preparation and analysis. Minimum requirements include a BS in Accounting or Finance, recent Construction Accounting, including WIP, Job Costing and AIA Billings, Certified Payroll and working with the external CPA firm. Note this is a hands on role! Everyone in the office pitches in where needed. Base salary range to $115,000 plus bonus.
