As a full time employee you will be on-call for 7 shifts within a 14 day period (6 of the shifts are 24 hours on-call and 2 shifts are 12 hours on-call). You work every other weekend. Shifts start at 10:00am or 10:00pm.The work schedule is varied and includes overnights, some holidays and every other weekend. Additional mandatory training and meetings required. Orientation: During the first few weeks, travel to the Waltham, MA site will be required for orientation and training purposes. This position is based in Vernon, CT, however, it is likely you will travel throughout New England in NEDS vehicles. Must be comfortable with long periods of driving and possible travel in a small aircraft.
