Primary Duties and Responsibilities:includes but not limited to:Responsible for the scheduling and payroll processing for the Table Games departmentAssists in training users on operational functions of scheduling and time and attendance systemCollects data through research and observation to be used in labor analyses, operational productivity and special projectsSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:Works with Payroll to research and correct discrepanciesMaintains departmental employee filesGreets internal and external guests with a smile and friendly welcome and promotes superior guest serviceCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Training Requirements:
Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures
Knowledge of Mohegan Sun payroll system
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Office work environment
Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises, when out on the gaming floor
Must sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
