Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking to bring on an experience Accounts Payable Specialist for our client! In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, handling important financial tasks and data entry. The industry they operate in is fast-paced and dynamic, and your role will be crucial in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle the processing of invoices received via email. Facilitate the matching of purchase orders with corresponding invoices. Ensure the accurate filing and organization of financial documents. Distribute incoming mail relevant to accounts payable. Maintain and update account reconciliation regularly. Conduct check runs as required.
