DescriptionSystems/User Support will be providing Trading and Executive end user support in a fast-paced financial environment.

Systems/User Support will Support and Deploy mobile devices, laptops/computers, PC software, Video conferencing and anything more as needed.

ProfileSystems/User Support MUST:

1. Have a thorough understanding of Windows and MS Office Suite

2. Know ERP systems

3. Have ability to manage system issues

4. Support tickets

5. Setup EDI transactions

6. Interface with departments a
