Schedule Studio & Field Operations personnel

Build crewing spreadsheets based on information you will acquire from various schedules

Coordinate facilities & schedules with staff and freelancer manpower

Hiring point person for Studio & Field operations freelancers

Inputting personnel into internal system, SCORE

Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies

Work closely with show Directors, Producers and APs to assess production manpower needs

Workclosely with Technical Managers and Production Managers to help solve any crew issues

Onboarding of new technicians

Learn and comprehend all below the line positions

May perform other duties as needed or assigned

Basic Requirements:

BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in studio & field broadcast operations or related field

Proven computer skills with the demonstrated ability to navigate new systems and software

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Desired Characteristics:

Minimum of two (2+) years’ experience in studio & field broadcast operations

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Ability to work effectively with a team

Positive attitude and leadership qualities

High level of responsiveness and follow-through

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptionalorganizationand detail oriented skills

High level of initiative

Sound work ethic
