NBC Sports is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join the CRM team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, develop actionable insights, and optimize CRM efforts to drive engagement and fandom.
Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end email production process through successful conceptualizing, coding, editing, QA, and deploymentManage the approvals process and route previews to internal stakeholders and implement all revisionsCoordinate newsletter content, schedules and deployments across multiple brandsMonitor daily sends and troubleshoot technical issues related to coding, segmentation, rendering, and deploymentAssist in developing comprehensive reports detailing all key email marketing metrics including delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out, and segmentation analysisWork closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on timeIdentify email linking strategies to optimize the user experienceSummarize results of email campaigns, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive future optimization opportunitiesExpert user of email service provider and customer data platform to create email automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segmentsEnsure that marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelinesAssist in developing marketing plans to grow databaseSupport the Sr. Manager, Email Marketing with all projects related to this position
