Oversees education strategy for Joico business channels.
Sets education objectives and KPI’s as they relate to the overall brand initiatives.
Technical hairdresser and expert for all digital education initiatives including; pre and post-production, content, messaging.
Responsible for all digital education activations across channels. Pro Content expert to drive pro channel, and support consumer channel. Oversees partnership with Behind the Chair as it relates to all digital campaigns and Collective Team efforts. Leads the Joico Collective team. Recruits content and collective talent as needed for the brand. Responsible for overall education budgets and reporting. Directly manages full-time team members.
Sets overall Joico education strategy for all channels in conjunction to brand initiatives. Works cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales.
Sets KPI’s and reports data. Ownership of overall Education and Production Budgets.
Video production/lead for all Joico content or new product shoots as they relate to Pro channels and liaison to Consumer channels.
Execution of all digital platforms for education including; website, social, education on demand, virtual classroom, distribution channels. This includes management of Behind the Chair digital initiatives.
Key events, PR/COMM/SHOWS/MEDIA days. Supports all contracted influencer team w/all technical communications. Recruits key talent for content, education, reach and awareness.
Works with direct reports on field strategies, shows, trainings, etc-to oversee goals and objectives for the business.
YOUR SKILLS
Licensed cosmetologist 7-10 years' experience in corporate education
Strong digital experience required
Curriculum development
Team management

Event, Show, and Production management
The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
