Job Description

My client, a well-known electronic communications company and NetSuite end user are currently searching for a Corporate Controller to join their fast growing team. They have become well known in their industry, have clients all around the world, and have been rapidly growing in revenue despite the current COVID-19 pandemic.

My client are looking for someone strong who has a strong accounting and finance background with the proven ability to work across multiple departments such as Finance, IT, Legal, and HR. As the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for working with the CFO to create the annual budget, be responsible for leading and streamlining the month end close, overseeing AP and AR, and supervising the Accounting Staff. They go through multiple merger and acquisition processes and year and this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of the mergers.

Role & Responsibilities

Create the monthly, quarterly, and annual budget
Streamline the month close period
Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, and Commissions
Work with the CFO and COO to successfully complete merger processes

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related experience
NetSuite ERP, and CRM experience is required
Prior experience in M&A
Manage the Accounting staff
Work with company partners, vendors, and shareholders
