We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Analyst - Product Owner in Stamford, CT (REMOTE). The ideal candidate should have experience in Product Owner, Digital Website, Workflow Process, Agile Development and Product Management. Must have 10+ years of experience in managing business requirements for digital website and workflow processes. Candidate must have extensive experience interacting with business and converting business requirement into user stories, product backlog grooming. Will be able to take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner. Experience in providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and creating requirement is required. Candidate will ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. The candidate must plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. Will define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities. Should be able to assess value, develop cases and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Candidate will provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Will work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI. Will lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Candidate will be able to provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. Will research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
