The KARAMO show is seeking a BOOKING PRODUCTION ASSISTANT to assist with all aspects of the show's booking of guests and production of segments.  This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of approximately 5 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.Responsibilities:Book guests/stories to appear on the showMeet with guests who will appear on the show while they are in townCommunicate with team about guests needsFinalize legal and guest paperwork for guests to appear on showOutreach to guests about stories to appear on the showManage guests show day schedule i.e. hair, make-up, wardrobe, briefingInvolvement in all show-day procedures, assist the Producing and Production teams in all stages of production
