Conduct detailed time studies and work measurements to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on time study findings.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency.
Provide recommendations for equipment and process upgrades to improve overall production performance.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a manufacturing environment in Simsbury, CT. We offer a 9/80 work schedule, allowing every other Friday off. The role supports various high-profile programs such as Blue Orion/Space Programs, Hypersonic Missile Programs, and Launch Vehicles.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
