An experienced IT Security Compliance Project Manager will assist to ensure our company adheres to legal standards and internal policies.You are a member of our dynamic team as its next IT Security Compliance Project Manager assisting driving SOC-2 compliance. This role will report directly to our Director Information Security Compliance. Ideally, we would like to see prior experience as a Project Manager leading a SOC compliant or similar type of standards framework. You must be able to work under pressure. Maintain positive, and open communication and productive relationships with peers and management in IT and the business function.You will:
Manage compliance projects, track compliance activities, develop reports, track metrics, assist in updating related documentation.
Occasionally interface with Third Party Assessment Organizations
Collaborate with internal and external teams to respond-to and address findings of audits
Professionally represent the IT team while interacting with other business units.
Maintain a good working knowledge of current information security and compliance trends
Have good problem solving and analytical skills.
Your background:As an IT Security Compliance Project Manager, you have :
Must have current work experience with Pitney Bowes in a IT Security Compliance Project Manager position.
3-5 years’ experience in IT Audit, IT Security, Information Risk Management, IT Governance or other IT Compliance related work
Experience with IT internal controls
Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.
Ability to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, and actionable deliverables.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Successful problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work within a diverse environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Passion for customer service
