Description We are in search of a Fulfillment Specialist/Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in the Payroll Services industry located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. As a Fulfillment Specialist, your primary role will be to assemble payroll packages for delivery and undertake other related tasks. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Assemble and prepare payroll packages as per client requirements to meet quality and production timeline expectations. Ensure accurate tracking and security of package flow and location by completing all package confirmations and checklists. Adhere to all security and audit procedures to protect client information as required by policy and procedures. Record and escalate any issues to appropriate parties to prevent output from being missing or incorrect. Maintain the readiness of all distribution equipment, including regular cleaning and user maintenance. Stage packaging supplies as necessary to ensure production readiness. Demonstrate the ability to multitask without compromising the quality or integrity of the package. Exhibit strong basic computer skills necessary for the role. Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 Lbs when necessaryRequirements Proficient in maintaining Quality standards in all duties performed Capable of meeting Production deadlines and targets without compromising on quality Understanding of Security protocols and practices in the context of payroll and financial information Excellent written communication skills for effective Correspondence Experience in managing Confirmations and Missing Invoices Proficiency in Computer Skills, including Office software Familiarity with Packaging Components in the context of payroll services Proficiency in using Checklists for managing tasks and ensuring completeness Ability to Multi Task, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
