Description Evaluate and recommend new products and solutions that will help clients increase efficiencies, scalability, productivity and enhance security. Assist with constructing detailed project plans with Project Manager/Solutions Architect to ensure successful project implementation. Design and Implementation of cloud and on-premise solutions with other members of the Proactive Team Research best practices for design, implementation, and security for cloud solutions provides. Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of project progress, incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, or agreed outages. Support for client computer networks including business related technologies including Windows operating systems, Office 365, Remote Access usage, VOIP, mobile devices, etc. Support disaster recovery backup solutions. Work with vendors/partners as needed to resolve client issues. Work on firewall and switch issues to troubleshoot and correct network issues Troubleshoot advanced server and network issues. Provide escalated support to other team members on both the proactive and reactive teams. Provide detailed documentation and explain resolutions for escalated issues. Provide product training to all team members on the cloud solutions that we implement for our clientsMust have experience in the following: Office 365 Migrations, Teams and SharePoint implementations, Azure AD, Microsoft security products, VDI, Network devices, mobile device management and cloud backup solutions.
