Our mission is to provide equitable access to innovative care that improves health, recovery and growth at all stages of life.POSITION SUMMARY Seeking full time, part-time and fee-for-service psychologists/neuropsychologists to work with a dynamic team committed to exceptional practice within the evaluation services and educational programming at Wheeler. Position provides opportunities to work with diverse population of clients/students ranging in age from 5-21 with a broad array of presenting strengths, challenges, and levels of functioning. Duties will include strength-based assessment of neurocognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional functioning via psychological and/or neuropsychological testing. Other opportunities may include leading integrated, multi-disciplinary evaluations, participating in multi-disciplinary autism diagnostic evaluations, clinical consultation to the clinical day school program, and/or training of advanced graduate students. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply; an initial screening interview will help determine where you may find a good fit within our programs! $5,000 Sign-on bonus for full time position (half paid upon start and half after one year) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Minimum requirements include a doctoral degree in psychology, licensed or license eligible as a psychologist in in the state of CT. For neuropsychologist candidates, completion of a two-year fellowship in clinical neuropsychology is also required.
