We are looking for upbeat, hardworking, and curious individuals to join our team and play a central role in encouraging the builders of tomorrow.Representing the LEGO ® Brand as a Retail MerchandiserThe LEGO® US Merchandising team has delivered Outstanding service at the store level for over 30 years. As a part time Retail Merchandiser, in a field-based territory, you will be tasked with communicating and establishing relationships with store management and key decision makers to complete LEGO® US merchandising priorities. This is a self-managed role where you thrive working independently on assigned priorities but also enjoy interacting with shoppers and management . Assigned priorities include stocking shelves, packing out product from retailers on premises’ storage facilities, maintaining product displays, pricing products, installing, or maintaining point of purchase materials, interacting with shoppers, supervising store inventory, and more.

Accountable for set displays, inventory integrity, and installing point of purchase materials.

Establish relationships as you share product knowledge and the LEGO® brand values with store management and consumers.

Reporting of all merchandising activity as advised by field manager.

Must be at least 18 years old!

Must live within parameters of the territory which includes: Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut . A central location within this territory is preferred.

Ability to work day time business hours. Current schedules are flexible with availability M-F, between 7am – 6pm (20 – 24 hours a week).

Self-managed role where you thrive working independently on assigned tasks but also enjoy interacting with shoppers and management.

Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smart phone/Microsoft Office).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Personal cell phone with ability to text, computer, internet access, and ability to email.

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, a good DMV record to drive from store to store.

Physical requirements: climb ladders up to 12’ tall and ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to waist or chest height, able to bend, twist, reach, squat, kneel and walk and stand for long periods of time, while adhering to safety policies and expectations.

Retail merchandising experience helpful, but not required.
