Black Tie Pool Service is the areas premier residential swimming pool service and maintenance company located in New Milford, CT. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Swimming Pool Maintenance Technicians to join our 2025 team and support our growing client base in Fairfield and Litchfield Counties.
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Maintenance Technician responsibilities to include:
Management of an assigned route of 30+ pools.
Vacuuming, testing and balancing pool water for inground Gunite and vinyl pools.
Identifying service issues regarding swimming pool equipment including, heaters, pumps, filters, automated controls, plumbing.
Completing service work orders using smart phone or tablet.
Communicating with clients regarding issues or concerns and follow through with special requests.
Assisting in larger repair projects, openings and closings.
Desired Qualifications:
New construction, and light masonry experience a plus.
SP2 Licensed desired, however, we offer a robust apprenticeship program for qualified candidates.
Professional, courteous demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
