Laborer needed to assist customers in unloading their vehicles at the recycle center. The recycling center is expanding to include a bottle redemption center. Seeking motivated individuals who enjoy a quick pace and can switch gears as needed to meet the needs of our customers.
Expectations include:
unloading large and bulky items from vehicles
assist customers with other garbage
charge customers for their garbage
emptying machines
operate all machinery as needed (training provided)
provide education on recycling
sort metal for scrap
roadside litter clean up
any other related duties as assigned
Pay is based on experience. $16-20 per hour. For those with no experience, the rate begins at $16 per hour for your first 90 days. After that probationary period, your rate will be re-evaluated. We are looking for people who are reliable, smart and are willing to provide exemplary customer service. The position in 9am-315pm four to five days per week(25-30 hours) based on needs at the center. This will include Saturdays and Sundays.
