We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that they receive high-quality service in line with our fine dining standards.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, providing menus and offering recommendations as needed.

Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.

Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all items meet quality standards for presentation and temperature.

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring all transactions are handled securely.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods, assisting with food preparation as needed.

Requirements

Must have at least 5 years experience in Casual and Casual Fine Dining environment.

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in alignment with restaurant hours.
