Housekeeper Needed 15-25 hrs / week
Boutique inn seeking dependable housekeeper (bonus if you are also able to help prep or serve breakfast also); 15-25 hours per week. Hours vary based on guest occupancy but during busy season are generally: Saturdays (8AM - 11AM for breakfast service, plus light housekeeping), Sundays (8AM to 4PM for breakfast service, housekeeping) and weekdays as needed (typically four-hour shifts).
Must have cleaning experience, be self-managing, and pay exceptional attention to detail.
If you don't want to prep or serve breakfast, but are awesome at cleaning, we would still like to hear from you.
A typical day of housekeeping includes cleaning 4-5 bedrooms/bathrooms (including making beds) and cleaning common areas when there are fewer guest rooms (dining room, living room, etc.). Cleaning supplies provided.
We are a fun-loving team in a drama-free environment and are willing to train the right person for breakfast prep and/or service. We offer good perks and plenty of autonomy to manage your own workflow we do not micro-manage and are willing to pay more for people who are capable, kind, and competent!
Excellent references and car required.
Must be able to climb stairs and lift 10-15 lbs.
Nonsmoking property. Bi-annual performance bonus available.
