We're operating a food trailer at the Woodbury Brewing Company with 6/9 start date. Our ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with good skills in multi-tasking, order management, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation. You'll work directly with owner/chef as two-person team.
Full-time potential available for all brewery hours.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing and expediting food orders
Maintaining cleanliness of workspace
Quality control of product
Running food orders to dining room
Responsibilities could expand to:
Cooking menu items
Assisting owner/chef with prep
Cleaning/opening/close of trailer
Cross training in other positions a possibility.
Pay is $18/hr with room for growth. Meal included with each shift from our menu.
Restaurant experience a requirement. MUST be able to take quick direction and operate in fast-paced setting.
