Our Professional House Cleaners enjoy the convenience of a provided vehicle for job-related travel and work Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays. Candidates must have availability on these days and possess a valid driver's license.
While prior cleaning experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Additionally, we offer earned PTO and vacation time after one year of service, recognizing and valuing the dedication of our team members.
Applicants are required to complete the assessment provided by Indeed after applying. We uphold strict standards by conducting background and driving history checks on all potential hires.
Compensation includes hourly pay, with a base rate ranging from $16 to $18, supplemented by tips. Hourly wages are disbursed weekly, while credit card tips are paid out monthly, and cash tips are distributed as received.
