Western Connecticut based Property Management Company serving CT and NY.
Job Description
Answer and follow up with a high volume of phone calls in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be extremely professional, polite, and friendly.
Create and respond to a high volume of emails in the same professional manner.
Participate in basic property management functions such as handling of tenant concerns, entering of work orders, and following up with vendors.
Familiarity with Property Management and/or Real Estate a plus but not required.
Advanced level of proficiency in Outlook and Word preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized
Must have a high sense of urgency and take their job seriously.
