Calculate and or estimate K-1 information along with providing quarterly tax estimates
Review corporate & partnership tax returns as well as federal and state
Prepare and/or file tax related items such as but not limited to gross receipts, margin tax, sales & use, etc
Tax planning, structuring and other tax related projects
The value you bring:
7+ years’ experience within financial services industry (private equity a plus) & related tax skillset (ie K-1's, corporate & partnership tax accounting, federal & state income tax, FIN 48, FAS 109, etc)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA and/or Masters in Tax is a plus
Prior public accounting experience preferred
