We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Director, Client Engagement to lead client relationships with a mix of creativity, insight, and operational excellence. You’ll take the reins on integrated campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that not only achieve business goals but also foster strong, authentic brand connections. As a Director, Client Engagement, you’ll be responsible for driving strategy, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels. Your ability to think strategically, manage cross-functional teams, and keep projects moving forward will be key to delivering impactful, brand-building experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships. Understand client goals and translate them into actionable, integrated strategies.Business Health: Deliver growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing client accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth and long-term client retention by actively managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.Integrated Strategy: Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that engage consumers, drive loyalty, and enhance brand connections. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach across channels.Team Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and production to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations and drive meaningful outcomes.Campaign Oversight: Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, including project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure campaigns stay on track and exceed client expectations.Brand Stewardship: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every campaign and touchpoint reflects the client’s vision and values while driving results.Insights & Reporting: Use data and analytics to provide actionable insights, optimizing campaigns for better performance and greater impact. Regularly report on results to clients and internal teams.Mentorship & Growth: Guide junior team members and foster a collaborative, creative environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
