Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with providing excellent customer service, processing client transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of client records. This role is instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as supporting the sales team.Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processing customer credit applications. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Accurately maintain and monitor client information and transactions, updating records as necessary. Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and facilitating the sales process. Carry out research as needed to resolve customer problems and keep sales executives informed of client concerns and issues. Review client portfolios and prepare summary reports for executive review. Communicate the status of projects to relevant personnel. Handle inbound calls and email correspondence with clients, providing them with information and resolving their problems. Schedule appointments as required and follow up on all paperwork and sales. Perform miscellaneous duties as necessary to support colleagues and ensure smooth office operations. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring customer queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Demonstrated ability in delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships Proven experience in data entry, requiring attention to detail and accuracy Competency in email correspondence, with the ability to draft, review, and respond to customer inquiries professionally Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operations and minimal scheduling conflicts.
