Apply today and move your career forward with Robert Half!Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets, charts, and graphs Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor communication Ability to perform Bank Account Reconciliation to ensure financial consistency and accuracy Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with Quickbooks Online for managing and paying bills, invoicing clients, and conducting payroll functions Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), including recording payments, tracking outstanding invoices, and providing financial reports.
