Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.

Completes assigned work orders.

Maintains life safety equipment in accordance with NFPA. Prepares documentation.

May document file, transport all archive items (NON-H.I.M).

Carry house pager and complete tasks.

Document and file all equipment manuals.

Troubleshoot daily problems as needed.

Move offices, furniture.

Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: HS GRAD/EQUIVALENTOther Information:Required: Mechanical knowledge & basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC & plumbing systems. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Language, mathematical & reasoning ability.Minimum Experience: five yearsDesired: Plant operation & maintenance experience. Knowledge of safety management. OE-2 preferred.Working Conditions:Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterityOccupational: Significant occupational riskPhysical Effort: Very Heavy effort.
