Job Title: Assistant Enhanced Support Floater Location: New Milford/Danbury Schedule: Sun 10 AM - 6 PM, M & T 12 PM - 8 PM, W 2 PM - 8 PM Pay Rate: $22.50/ hour Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We’re looking for a compassionate and organized professional to fill the role of Assistant Enhanced Support Floater. In this vital position, you'll work closely with our Residential Program Manager, playing a key role in delivering top-notch services and support to individuals in our residential programs. What You’ll Do: As an Assistant Enhanced Support Floater, you will:

Support Individual Treatment Plans: Assist in the development and implementation of personalized Treatment Plans that align with each individual's choices, rights, needs, and personal goals.

Ensure Well-being: Prioritize the health, safety, transportation, and emotional well-being of the individuals we serve, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Mentor and Train Staff: Act as a mentor, providing direct care staff with the training and guidance they need to succeed, including scheduling, program routines, and the use of available resources.

Lead by Example: Step in during the Residential Program Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing shift supervision to maintain continuity of care.

Documentation and Analysis: Keep detailed records of individuals' progress, ensuring all documentation is compliant with funder and billing requirements. You’ll also analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements in service delivery.

Float Between Programs: Provide reinforcement and relief to programs requiring enhanced support due to behavioral acuity, staff vacancies, or other unique circumstances.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Skills: Patience, kindness, responsibility, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required, as you’ll need to travel between different programs.
