Full Job Description
Seeking Administrator for busy on-site timeshare / real estate rental and sales office at beautiful luxury waterfront resort
Duties include:
· Greeting guests
· Answering phones and following up on internet leads
· Booking rentals and sales appointments
· Assisting with marketing efforts; and posting listings and advertisements
· Preparing and sending contracts and performing closings
· Maintain inventory reports, sales and marketing tracking reports, financial reports
· Ordering and maintaining supplies
· Assisting Broker in overall management of operation
· General office administration; and general office duties
-Good customer service skills
-Excellent phone skills
-Excellent computer skills (Excel, Internet, MS Office, etc) are required!
-Knowledge of Social Media
-Well groomed, reliable, team player
-Must be available to work weekends
-Real estate license & notary helpful but not immediately required
-Hourly rate (base) plus opportunity for revenue sharing / bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
