We are nearing the end of a flip and are in the construction punch phase with some minor repairs, installs, landscaping, patching, painting, and caulking around the house to prepare for the sale of the property.
You will work with a lead and must follow directions to complete the projects.

To work on-site, you must be sober and dress presentable. If suspicion arises, you will be sent home for safety reasons. You will be sent home if you do not have the tools to complete the jobs requestedofyou.
