Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers to join our team at Humano. As a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler, you will be responsible for various tasks including unloading and receiving.

Location: Taftville, CT
Shift: Monday-Friday 2nd shift:5:00pm-12:00am
Possible overtime during peak-season
Pay: Eran up to $23.00 per hour, production base pay! The more efficient you are, the more you earn each day! (Never less than $17.50 per hour)
Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and receive incoming shipments (Loading furniture with a dolly or by hand onto trailer)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or freight handling experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 65 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
