Minimum of 2 years marina work experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Basic administrative and organization skills: answering office phone, handling customer requests, proficiency in MS Excel and common web-based database applications
Knowledge of boating and/or marina culture and operations

Basic experience in use of tools for general maintenance and landscaping

Job Description:
Dock staff will conduct daily dock walks and inspections of the grounds, perform general cleaning and repair duties, document maintenance issues, and ensure a safe, pleasant, and enjoyable experience to the marina customer. This position may include light facility maintenance and landscaping, basic boat handling skills, and basic office/administrative skills. Team collaboration is essential and a high level of customer service is expected.
Physical Demands:
Should be reasonably fit and have the ability to spend part or full work day mostly outside and on their feet.
Will be expected to engage in bending, stooping, standing, walking, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Shall be capable of presenting themself in a tidy, well-kempt and professional manner at all times.
Job Details:
- Part-time, seasonal position with potential for full-time, year-round employment
- Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 10-30 Hours per week
- Schedule includes day shifts 7:30am-4pm and 1pm-9pm, with alternative hours on weekends and summer holidays.
