Companion/Driver (with CNA certificate preferred) needed to serve as driver and escort to medical and social appointments for an incapacitated, elderly resident of an assisted living facility in Madison, CT. Accompany client to MD visits. Recreational outings. Consult with RN Care Consultant and/or client's lawyer on a regular basis. References and driver's license required.
