General Description of Duties:
Answer incoming Phone calls
Process Payments
Process customer Files
Approve new customer loans within our guidelines
Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance.
Contribute to the overall success of the business by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude

Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Strong verbal communication skills- both face-to-face & over the telephone, good customer service, problem-solving & independent work skills and math skills.
Candidates will be required to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background inquiries.
Working Saturday’s is mandatory.
