Job Description:Experienced Teamcenter/NX Technical Team Lead with Seimens Teamcenter and NX product knowledge. Experience with Sharepoint, Jira, Perl/Shell scripting, Git, Linux, Windows, MS Office Tools and ServiceNow. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, testing skills and communication skills.Ability to work closely with Engineering customers, understand business needs, help drive the resolution of issues and manage risk, propose process improvements, provide front-line support for severity issues. Communicate scheduled outages to help desk and end customers. Create business reports to track progress and SLAs. Monitor performance metrics. Monitor tickets and resolution.Lead a daily scrum meeting with the Teamcenter developers working bug fixes and enhancements. Lead yearly upgrade projects for Teamcenter and NX.Assist with monthly Teamcenter build reconciliations and release plans.
