One of the Tri State's Largest Bread & Pastry Distributors is looking for a Responsible Driver to service our Hartford Area Route !
The route has around 10-15 stops in Hartford, East Hartford, Wallingford, Plainville, Southington, Meriden, Windsor, Britol and similar areas.
Transporter MUST come down to our Bronx NY warehouse around Midnight to pack the bread.
Currently the way the route is, it should take about 1.5 hours to pack the route.
Route takes around 3 hours once you are UP there.
Transporter MUST have a clean license with ZERO points and no accidents in the last 3 years.
We will pay $200 a night.
We will supply you with a van, gas money, and ez pass. You do not have to bring the van back to the bronx after finishing route. You can keep the van and swap at night for another van when your van needs service.
We expect transporter to keep van clean and in working order by communicating any service issues and PM work.
Transporter MUST be responsible. Cannot just call out last minute (unless its a dire emergency) since finding coverage last minute will be difficult.
The job is 6 nights a week (sun night thru fri night - off sat nights).
On friday nights the route will be slightly different since hartford will be quieter but instead we will give you a few stops west of hartford such as middlebury, woodbury, oxford, and Avon.
MUST pick up the phone at least until 9 am in case our clients call with a question with their delivery.
MUST be able to communicate issues pertaining to the servicing of our clients to our management team.
