Marine mechanic

Looking for a marine mechanic and or fiberglass /paint tech salary based on experience.Must be able to take direction and work independently willing to train the right individual.We are a small shop that is very busy year round.We work at many different location’s as well as our own marina. We do all aspects of boat repair from engines to a/c systems fiberglass and paint work as well as fabrication. This is a great opportunity for someone who is not lazy willing to learn and wants to make money.Quality work is most important along with attention to detail.I am willing to train anyone who works hard and pays attention to detail . Salary depends on individual if you work smart and do quality work you can earn . Any certifications a plus but not necessary Must have neat and clean work habits. Excellent opportunity to learn or expand on your knowledge and make excellent money. There are no medical benifits or 401k just excellent pay for right individual
