Need specific knowledge of:
Carpentry - basics and installations/repairs of windows, roofing, siding, plaster, paint
Pumbing - certainly repairing leaks, pipes, cloggages, knowledge of drains, venting, shower body
Boiler knowledge is a plus and will have to be learned if not already
Electrical - basic knowledge
Cement- patchwork only
