We are currently looking to establish an energetic, motivated team of sales professionals at our busy Roofing & Remodeling business in Orange Ct. If you are looking for a fast pace, energetic work environment, where you can make your own schedule and the earning potential is limitless this opportunity might be for you.
We will be providing leads, however, this job will also require generating your own leads, getting out there and talking to everyone you know about shingle and roof replacements, and door nocking prospective houses.
This can be an intimidating component of the job to some, however, if you can step outside your comfort zone, there is SERIOUS money to be made selling roof replacements.
Commission on one sale - at minimum is $850 on ONE ROOF. That is on the LOWEST POSSIBLE SALE. Even if you sell 3 roofs a week.and you will.thats good money. This is a commission only job because a base salary should not be necessary if we are doing our job setting you up for success, and we do.
Did we mention the DRONE you will get on day one or the possibility of earning a company vehicle we want to SET YOU UP FOR SUCESS IN THIS BUSINESS. When you go out there are talk to potential clients about our business, we want you to represent the forward thinking, tech savvy business that we are. With this in mind we give every sales person a tech package which includes a drone, I pad, and access to company Trucks.

Job Requirements:
-Must be 18 years old
-Must Have a valid ct drivers license
- No past criminal history
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to comply with our CRM protocol and procedures - AKA - USING THE PLATFORMS / APPS WE PROVIDE YOU TO STAY IN TOUCH / TAKE PHOTOS AT APPOINTMENTS /SEND ESTIMATES
- You must be self motivated and able to keep your own schedule and use your time effectively. THIS IS KEY
