If you have your Real Estate License, want to be part of a team where you are given guaranteed transactions, and are a friendly, quick learner, YOU are exactly what we are looking for. This 1099 position is for Robert C. White & Company (RCW), a fun, growing property management company and brokerage (i.e. landlord for hire) based in North Haven, CT. RCW specializes primarily in single-family homes. We are looking for a licensed agent to act as a leasing agent throughout Fairfield County.
Did we mention the competitive commission split? I guess you can say we just did. Smartypants! RCW agents enjoy a 50% split of any listings given to them, and 70% on any they bring in.

Little paperwork
You read that correctly. Our back office takes care of drafting and getting all leases signed electronically. RCW also pays for your E&O and provides tools &; technology that makes leasing O&E (organized and easy). We use Tenant Turner- state of the art scheduling software!
What you would be doing is prequalifying leads, showing the property, communicating with the property owner, and following up until a quality applicant is found and the property is under deposit. Being able to effectively communicate via phone and email to property owners and other agents is a must, as well as being able to collaborate with property managers.
Other opportunities:
Earn referral fees for any new property management accounts you refer.
Have investors or tenants directed to you to buy properties.
Have owners directed to you that want to sell their home.
Have your Association fees paid by RCW as a bonus after a successful 1st year!
